# FixItForMe

> A Florida-based AI lab that designs, builds and runs custom teams of AI agents ("crews") for home-service businesses: HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, pest, pool and lawn. Clients own their accounts, instructions and data.

Packages: Crew ($3,000 setup + $650/month) and Lab ($8,000 setup + $1,300/month). Both include AI and phone usage up to a monthly cap, with a 3-month minimum. Custom builds for multi-location and larger operators, franchise groups, property managers, and other businesses running many crews have no published price; they are scoped on a call and quoted in writing.

A crew is a few specialist agents plus one or more foremen (orchestrator agents) that hand out and check the work; it is not limited to one foreman. A Lab runs several crews across a business; Custom runs as many as the operation needs.

Integrations: crews connect to the systems of record a business already uses, through each vendor's API where one is offered, so the business keeps its software. Field-service software: ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldEdge. Accounting: QuickBooks. Phones and texting: Your current phone system and business numbers. Calendars and CRMs: Google and Microsoft calendars, and the CRM you already use. Systems are mapped in week 1, connected read-only first, and changes are switched on only with the client's approval. FixItForMe is not an official partner of these vendors.

The team comes from home-services marketplaces, trades software companies and hands-on trades work.
