About
We've worked the software side and the truck side.
Our team comes from national home-services marketplaces, from companies that build software for the trades, and from hands-on trades work. Now we're a small Florida AI lab. We build AI crews for HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, pest, pool and lawn shops, run them, and keep improving them every month.
Who we are
Three backgrounds, one job
That mix is the point. We know how the software works, and we know how the work works. We build where the two meet: the call, the booking, the follow-up and the invoice.
The marketplace side
Some of us worked at national home-services marketplaces, the kind that connect homeowners with contractors and sell the leads. We saw from the inside how a lead gets bought, routed, answered, and too often lost.
The trades software side
Some of us built software for trades businesses: scheduling, dispatch, payments and customer messaging. We know what field-service apps do well, where your data lives, and what their APIs can and can't do.
The truck side
Some of us did the work: on job sites, on call, and in the office answering the phone. We know what a no-cool call at 2 a.m. sounds like, and what a callback a day late costs.
What we saw from the marketplace side
A lot of jobs aren't lost to a better shop. They're lost in the gaps.
Working on the marketplace side, you see the whole path from a homeowner's search to a booked job, across many shops at once. The same few patterns come up again and again.
You pay for the lead before anyone answers it
Leads, ads and listings are paid for up front. The money is spent whether the call gets picked up or goes to voicemail.
Speed wins the job
Homeowners often contact more than one shop. The job tends to go to whoever answers and books first, not whoever does the best work.
Jobs go missing in the gaps
After hours, lunch, a slammed Monday, the estimate nobody chased, the review nobody asked for. A lot of lost work isn't a bad lead. It's a gap.
More leads isn't always the fix
Answering, booking and following up on the leads you already pay for is often cheaper than buying more. That's the work a crew takes on.
How we work with your systems
Your systems of record stay. The crew plugs in.
Your field-service app, accounting and phones are where the facts about your business live: jobs, customers, prices and invoices. We don't replace them or ask you to move. The crew connects to them through their APIs and works in the same records your office already uses.
- 01Map. In week 1 we map your systems: what lives where, who has access, and what each app lets us connect to on your plan.
- 02Read-only first. The crew starts by reading jobs, customers and schedules, so it can't change anything while we test.
- 03Writes with your OK. Booking jobs, updating records and sending invoices get switched on only after you've seen them work and said yes.
- Field-service software
- Works with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldEdge.Jobs, customers, schedules and your price book
- Accounting
- Works with QuickBooks.Invoices, payments and collections
- Phones and texting
- Works with Your current phone system and business numbers.Calls, voicemails and texts
- Calendars and CRMs
- Works with Google and Microsoft calendars, and the CRM you already use.Appointments, leads and follow-ups
We connect through each vendor's API where they offer one. We aren't an official partner of these companies, and API access can depend on your plan with them, so we check it on the first call.
How an engagement runs
A call first, then the same build every time
It starts with a 30-minute call to check we're a fit. If we are, the build follows the same shape every time. After launch, months 2–3 are weekly tuning from real calls, then daily conversation reviews, logged fixes and a plain monthly report.
Week 1
Listen and map
We shadow your calls, map your systems, and collect your price book, service area and on-call rules. Text-number registration starts now, because carriers take 2–4 weeks.
Week 2
Write the playbook, build
Your rules go into a written playbook you approve. We build the agents in test mode, connected read-only to your field-service app and other systems.
Week 3
Test
You and your office place scripted test calls. We fix what you find, then switch on bookings and other changes with your OK. The crew goes live for after-hours calls only.
Week 4
Live and tune
The crew takes overflow during the day too. You approve decisions from your portal. Months 2–3 are weekly tuning.
Crew
Live in 3 to 4 weeks
Built around one main workflow, with a foreman (or more than one) checking the work. Most shops start here.
Lab
Live in 6 to 8 weeks, one workflow at a time
Several crews across front office, dispatch and back office, with as many foremen as the work needs and 8 build hours a month after launch.
Custom
Live in phases, on a timeline we agree when we scope it
We scope it first: locations, systems, security and compliance needs. Then a written quote and a phased plan.
What we won't do
Lines we don't cross
A crew speaks for your business. These rules hold for every client, at every size.
No cold robocalls
Your crew answers your customers and follows up on their calls, estimates and jobs. It doesn't cold-call strangers or blast texts to bought lists.
No fake reviews
The crew asks real customers for reviews after real jobs. It never writes reviews or poses as a customer.
Nothing risky without a person
Emergency dispatch, after-hours fees, discounts, refunds and prices outside your price book always go to a person first.
No lock-in
You own the accounts, the instructions, the workflows and the data, and you keep them if you leave.
No rip-and-replace
We build on top of the software you already run, never instead of it.
Beyond the trades
Agentic plans for any business with repeat work
Property managers, clinics, logistics firms and other service businesses run on the same kind of repeat work. We use the same method for them.
Step 1
Assess
We map your day-to-day work into agent roles: what an agent can own, what stays with people, and which approvals matter.
Step 2
Plan
You get a written team blueprint and a cost model: agents, guardrails, tools, monthly usage, and the hours it should free up.
Step 3
Build
We build it on Crew or Lab terms, or as a Custom build quoted after a call. For property managers that might be tenant intake, maintenance dispatch and owner reports.
Based in Florida. Working statewide.
We work remotely with shops across the state, and on site when a build needs it.

Two short films about the crews
Thirty seconds on the 9 p.m. call, and a minute on why custom beats renting. Captions are built into the picture, so they play fine with the sound off. Replays inside are simulated.
