Privacy notice
Last updated October 15, 2026. This notice explains what we collect on fixitforme.ai, why, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
- The guided form. Your answers, name, business, email, and optionally phone, city and best time to talk.
- Talking with Felix. Felix is an AI. When you talk or type to him, the conversation is transcribed so he can help, and he keeps short notes (your business, trade, size, what you asked about, where you stopped) so he can pick up next time. Felix asks for your consent before your microphone turns on.
- A device cookie. A first-party cookie with a random ID lets Felix remember you on this device and counts your free minutes. It lasts 12 months.
- Your IP address, hashed. We store only a salted hash, and only to stop abuse of free minutes and forms. We never use it to recognise you.
- Referral code. If you arrived from a link one of our team sent you, a first-party cookie keeps that code for 90 days so the right person gets credit. It holds only the code.
- Visit counts. We count page visits and steps (like opening Felix or finishing the form) on our own servers, without cookies. Each visit is tagged with a code that changes every day and can't be traced back to you, so we see how many people visit, not who. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we don't count you at all. If Google Analytics is ever enabled, it measures the same things.
How we use it
To send you the plan you asked for and a few follow-up emails, to answer your questions, and to improve the site. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that stops all of them in one click. We only text you if you tick the box that allows it.
Who processes it for us
- Render (hosting and database), Resend or Google Workspace (email delivery), DeepSeek (text understanding and drafting), xAI (Felix's voice), Google (analytics, if enabled).
- Clients who add the audit trail have agent actions recorded through AFA Protocol, which stores hashes rather than conversation contents.
We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Felix transcripts: 90 days. Felix's notes and your form answers: until you ask us to delete them, or two years after our last contact.
Deleting your information
Say “forget me” to Felix, or email privacy@fixitforme.ai. We delete your profile, notes and transcripts within 30 days.
Calls made by our clients' crews
When a client's AI crew answers a call, the crew tells the caller it is an automated assistant and that the call may be recorded, before recording. Florida requires every party's consent to record a call.
