Terms of use

Last updated October 15, 2026. These terms cover this website and Felix, our AI guide. Client work is covered by a separate written agreement.

Felix is an AI

Felix can be wrong. He cannot agree prices, discounts, dates or contract terms; those come only from a person at FixItForMe, in writing. Free conversations are limited to 10 minutes per person per week.

Simulated content

Replays, call logs and animations on this site are simulated, based on real call patterns. They are not records of real customers. Figures marked as examples or estimates are illustrations, not promises.

Prices

Prices on this site are in US dollars and may change. The price that applies to you is the one in your signed agreement.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site or Felix to send spam, to try to extract other people's information, or to disrupt the service.
